Our Story
Ayalon Investments is a story of striving for a goal, constantly searching for creative solutions, and learning from mistakes.
In 2013, Guy Ayalon, an Israeli lawyer in his twenties, arrived in Barcelona intending to create business opportunities while maintaining the values that accompanied him from home – reliability, friendship, and excellence.
On a continuous path of doing and studying, Guy learned to respond to a changing reality and to reinvent himself with creativity and initiative.
After doing dozens of individual projects, establishing and issuing two public real estate funds, and having managerial and entrepreneurial experience in residential and commercial real estate, he founded Ayalon Investments.
In Ayalon investment, we apply accumulated skills, experience, and fundamentals to a variety of investment opportunities, specifically ones that are harder to find and harder to manage. By looking for an opportunity where others see difficulty, we aim to capture a complexity premium for our investors and partners.
