Investment in the residential real estate sector in Spain continues to grow, and the co-living and short-term rental sectors are becoming increasingly popular. This way of life that considers housing not just as property but as a service is attracting attention among investors.

The Spanish banks still own about €50 billion in non-performing loans and real estate assets—about 400,000 residential and holiday complexes, commercial properties, and plots of land.
